Hands #140-143: Minor Action

Nível 35 : 150,000/300,000, 50,000 ante

Hand #140: James Duke raised to 700,000 and Jeffrey Coburn called in the big blind. He check-folded the {8-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop after Duke followed up with a continuation bet of 900,000.

Hand #141: Jonathan Dimmig raised to 600,000 from the button and Duke defended his big blind. On the {Q-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{5-Diamonds} flop, both players checked. Duke then bet 600,000 after the {7-Diamonds} turn and Dimmig raised to 1.6 million. Duke squeezed it to 2.6 million and that won the first sizeable pot in three-handed play.

Hand #142: Coburn raised to 725,000 and Dimmig made the call in the big blind. We missed the action on the flop, but again there was no action after the first three community cards.

Dimmig also checked the {5-Diamonds} turn and Coburn led for 1 million. Call from Dimmig. The {A-Spades} completed the board and Dimmig checked for the third time. Coburn checked behind and Dimmig had made a pair with the six, Coburn won the pot with {J-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} for a pair of jacks.

Hand #143: Duke raised to 700,000 and then folded when Coburn three-bet to 1.6 million.

Hand #137: Andrew Teng moved all in for the second hand in a row and picked up the blinds and antes.

Hand #138: Jonathan Dimmig opened for 600,000 and Jeff Coburn reraised to 1.6 million. Dimmig called the additional million. The dealer spread a flop of {Q-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and both players checked.

The turn was the {9-Hearts} and Dimmig led out for 1.2 million. Coburn peeked back at his cards and moved all in for an additional 3.325 million. Dimmig glanced over at his opponent, but Coburn sat there motionless, looking straight ahead. Dimmig looked back at his cards one last time and released his hand with a smile.

Hand #139: Teng moved all in first to act from the small blind with {Q-Clubs}{9-Clubs} and was called by Dimmig out of the big blind with {2-Clubs}{2-Spades}.

The flop came {Q-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} to move Teng into the lead and his rail let out a roar of approval.

The turn was the {2-Diamonds} and now it was Dimmig's rail whooping it up as Teng was now drawing dead. The river was a meaningless {K-Diamonds} and they counted down the two stacks. Dimmig had 6.3 million behind which covered Teng by approximately one big blind.

The likeable pro from London in the UK was eliminated in 4th place, collecting $465,972 for his outstanding four days of play.

The turn was the {5-Diamonds} and again it was checked. The river was the {K-Diamonds} and Teng check-folded to Dimmig's 700,000 bet.

Hand #130: Dimmig opened for 600,000 and picked up the blinds and antes.

Hand #131: Duke opened for 700,000 from the button and Dimmig called from the big blind. The flop came {6-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{4-Spades} and it went check-check.

The turn was the {Q-Spades} and it was checked again. The river paired the board with the {6-Clubs} and this time, Dimmig led out for 900,000. Duke didn't immediately toss his cards into the muck, but eventually released to give Dimmig the pot.

Hands #122-126: Not Much Creativity Yet

Nível 35 : 150,000/300,000, 50,000 ante

Hand #122: Jeffrey Coburn raised to 750,000 and folded to the all in of Andrew Teng out of the big blind.

Hand #126: Duke raised to 650,000 and Teng called one seat over. They checked down the {Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{K-Clubs} board and the {A-Spades} won the pot for Duke.

Hand #119: James Duke opened for 550,000 from the button and Andrew Teng called from the small blind. The flop came {10-Hearts}{9-Spades}{7-Clubs} and Duke bet 550,000 and Teng quickly called.

The dealer put out the {4-Spades} for the turn card and Duke made another bet, this time for 675,000. Teng peeked back at his cards and called. The last card was the {8-Clubs} and both players checked. Duke turned over {4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} for a set and Teng mucked.

Hand #120: Andrew Teng raised to 485,000 from the button and picked up the blinds and antes.

Hand #121: Jonathan Dimmig moved all in from the button and Jeff Coburn, who was in the small blind, asked for a count. The bet was for 2.565 million total. He eventually let it go and the decision was on Duke in the big blind who counted out the chips for the call. Duke leaned back in his chair while Dimmig sat calmly across the table. Finally, Duke made the call and the hands were turned over:

Dimmig {K-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}
Duke {A-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}

The flop was a good one for Dimmig as it came {K-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{7-Clubs} to give him two pair. Duke had middle pair and could deliver the knock out with another jack or an ace. The turn was the {6-Hearts} and the river was the {10-Spades} to give Dimmig the crucial double up as the players headed into the dinner break. We'll have chip counts shortly.
