Stephen Chidwick was in early position and he cut out a raise to 8,500. Action came around to Devin Looney in the cutoff and he three-bet to 19,500. Action folded back to Chidwick who shipped all in over the top for 173,000. Looney went into the tank for some time before dropping forward a call.

Looney found no help on the turn () or the river () and he was forced to ship a majority of his chips over to Chidwick. Chidwick is now sitting pretty with the chip lead of 359,000.

A 10th bracelet is within his sights. Among the others still in the field include bracelet winner Aaron Steury and perennial WSOP casher Stephen Chidwick.
