Pot-Limit Omaha

In a preflop raising war, the stack of Leszek Badurowicz ended up in the middle of the table and Shawn Stroke looked him up with the superior stack size.

Leszek Badurowicz: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}
Shawn Stroke: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}

The board ran out {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} and Stroke turned aces full to leave Badurowicz drawing dead.

No-Limit Hold'em

In a preflop raising war, Narcis Nedelcu and Jonathan Abdellatif got their chips in with near identical stack sizes and it was the most classic of flips that unfolded.

Narcis Nedelcu: {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}
Jonathan Abdellatif: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

The pocket pair held strong on the {10-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{q-Hearts} board and Nedelcu doubled for 227,500. Abdellatif was left with a mere 15,500 and busted the next hand against the ace-king of Antonio Crocetta.

Also no longer in the mix is Mario Llapi, who started second in chips. His former table has seen Andriy Lyubovetskiy rise to half a million in chips.

Carter Newhof raised to 14,000 and Abdelhakim Zoufri three-bet to 51,000 with 14,000 behind. Newhof then four-bet and Zoufri called it off.

Abdelhakim Zoufri: {k-Hearts}{q-Spades}
Carter Newhof: {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}

The {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}{4-Hearts} flop left Zoufri in dire shape and it was all over on the {2-Hearts} turn, which made the {q-Diamonds} river meaningless.

"You play with heart," Ori Elul told Zoufri on the way out.

Jaroslav Peter
Jaroslav Peter

Having survived the previous blinds with a single 1,000 chip, Jaroslav Peter folded his way around for another orbit before being all-in blind.

Apostolos Chatzopoulos raised to 6,000 and Kevin Schmidt raised to 14,000. Moncef Karoui and Chatzopoulos both called.

The three players checked the {j-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} flop and the turn was the {8-Spades}. It checked to Karoui who bet 15,000 and Schmidt was the only caller.

Schmidt check-folded to a bet of 15,000 on the {5-Clubs} river and the cards were turned over.

Karoui had turned two pair with {8-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} and Peter turned over his cards one by one. The first was the {4-Clubs} meaning any seven, jack or six would give him the win. However, his other card was the {10-Hearts} and he was eliminated.
