The turn brought the 5♣ and the action checked around to the 10♦ on the river. Gavrieli led out with a bet and Al-Keliddar called, which got Ho to step aside. Gavrieli turned over K♦10♣ for a flush and Al-Keliddar mucked his cards.

Many were shocked this week when Ali Imsirovic broke his silence this week more than a year after being accused of cheating by other high-stakes poker pros.

But few were satisfied with the answers provided by the 2021 GPI Player of the Year, who admitted to multi-accounting for several months in 2020, and again in 2022, while dismissing other allegations as "ridiculous," including that he's used real-time assistance (RTA) and recently been running an online cheating ring.

The poker community's reactions to Imsirovic's video make up the latest edition of The Muck.

Daly and Liu Make it to the River

On a board reading K♣7♦4♣9♠, JJ Liu placed a bet and was raised by Jason Daly. Liu quickly placed the call and together they saw the 8♣ on the river. Liu checked and soon faced a bet from Daly, which she quickly called.

Daly tabled the K♥K♦ and Liu, in her backwards denim cap, removed her shades to get one last look at the board and her opponent's set before sliding her cards in the muck.

Glaser Runs Out of Chips

Hiroyuki Noda raised it up on the button and was called by Benny Glaser in the small blind along with the big blind. The flop came 8♦7♦6♣ and Glaser led out with a bet. The big blind folded, Noda raised, and Glaser stuck in his last 11,000 chips which Noda called.

Both players flopped a pair but it was Noda in the lead with top pair. The 9♣ and 7♠ runout was no help to Glaser who was eliminated from the event.

Ho is Stoic, Lapka in the Blender

On a heads-up flop of 2♦6♦2♣, Maria Ho checked and faced a bet from Justin Lapka. Ho raised it up and Lapka made the call.

The turn brought the 5♦ and this time both players checked, revealing the 4♠ on the river. Ho now took the initiative and led out. Lapka was having a difficult time putting it all together and went as far as quietly asking, "What do you have, Maria?" which received no response.

Ho had just won a hand the last pot and even her previous adversary seemed to be trying to catch some kind of read on her. She remained still and finally Lapka showed J♦5♣ for a small pair and missed flush draw as he folded, relinquishing the pot to Ho.

the river was the 2♠ and Gavrieli just check-called a bet from Sageer who showed K♦9♠ for a full house. However, Gavrieli rolled over J♠J♥ for the best full house to scoop a large pot.
