Morozovs Takes a Big Chunk Off Livingston

Alex Livingston and Mihails Morozovs went to the river on a board of 5♥5♦J♦3♥7♦ when Livingston bet from early position.

Morozovs, in the cutoff, then raised for most of the rest of his chips and Livingston snap-called. Morozovs turned over A♥6♣4♣2♣ for the straight and nut low and Livingston mucked as Morozovs scooped the big pot, leaving Livingston on fumes.

The river came the 10♠ and Droz fired out another bet. Cai again called and Droz turned over A♦10♦5♥3♥, showing two pair and a low.

Cai simply shrugged and mucked his hand as Droz scooped the pot.

Zhen Cai made it three bets on the button and Benjamin Miner called in the cutoff.

The flop came 10♣7♥10♦ and Cai continued with a bet. Miner called to the 4♣ turn, where he led out.

Cai called and the 2♠ fell on the river. Miner bet again and Cai called with A♠J♣7♣5♣ for a low.

Miner turned over A♦K♦10♥5♦ for trip tens and the same low as he took three-quarters of the pot.

Action folded to Nelio Gatta in the small blind who limped only to see Raj Vohra raise to 125,000 from the big blind leading to a J♥2♥Q♠ flop.

Action checked through and both players saw the 4♣ hit the turn. Action checked through again and the dealer put the Q♦ out on the river.

Both players checked through to showdown and Gatta turned up the A♥8♣6♦4♦3♣.

As soon as Vohra saw his opponent's hand, he said, "Wait. What the fuck? I've only got four cards!"

Somehow, Vohra was only dealt four cards in the big blind. The floor was called over and due to the fact that it is the sole responsibility of the player to be aware of the action, the four card hand of Vohra was ruled dead.

A brief discussion took place with Vohra clearly upset at the decision, but with the "Big O" placard clearly visible on the table just in front of Vohra, his ignorance of the mistake was deemed as no excuse for the mistake and Gatta was awarded the pot.

"Low cards," Zable pleaded heading to the 2♥4♦K♦K♣5♥ board, which gave Zamani trip kings but Zable the wheel on the river to scoop the pot and send Zamani to the exit.

"From something to nothing," tablemate Joey Couden said as Zable, who began the day with just 160,000, is now up to more than 1,000,000.
