Don't Try to Bluff Tileff

Nível 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

The player under the gun opened to 600 and was called by the small blind. Gabriel Tileff, from the big blind, raised to 3,200 and was called by the initial aggressor.

The flop came {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}{7-Clubs} and Tileff continued for 2,500. The under-the-gun player called.

On the {j-Diamonds} turn, Tileff checked and the under-the-gun player bet 3,000. Tileff called.

The river brought a dicey {a-Clubs} and the under-the-gun player fired for 15,000. Tileff quickly called and the player under the gun slammed his {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} on the table.

Tileff turned over {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} and shouted "Don't try to bluff me!"

Aspas Off Short Stack Thanks to Fortunate Flop

Nível 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Abel Aspas was facing a bet of 18,100 from John Angell on a flop of {q-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{7-Clubs} and called.

The turn came the {7-Hearts} and Angell bet another 10,000. Aspas called once more, committing most of his remaining stack. He checked from the big blind on the {9-Spades} river, and Angell decided to check behind.

Angell showed {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} for two pair, queens and sevens, but Aspas had flopped a set with {2-Diamonds}{2-Spades} that improved to a full house.

"That's a get well quick hand. Nice job," tablemate Ron McMillen said following the hand.

"Believe me, I was praying for a queen on the river," Angell added.

Jackson Loses Half of Stack to Flush Over Flush

Nível 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Action came in at the very end of a hand with a board reading {7-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}. Recent bracelet winner, David Jackson had made a river bet of more than 15,000 and was called by Alfonso Timeoteo.

Jakson had the {7-Hearts}{5-Hearts} flush but it was not the best flush as Timeteo had the {q-Hearts}{8-Hearts} and Jackson was forced to surrender half of his stack on the hand.

Aksoy Takes One from Green

Nível 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

In a four-way raised pot, the flop was {q-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} when Matin Aksoy checked in the small blind, followed by the big blind and a player bet 900. Brian Green called on the button and so did Aksoy.

The turn fell the {2-Diamonds} and it was checked to Green who bet 1,100. Only Aksoy made the call and the duo went to see a {q-Hearts} on the river. Both quickly checked and Green tabled {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} but the pot was sent to Aksoy who showed {6-Clubs}{6-Hearts} for a full house.

Chidwick Fires Every Street

Nível 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Stephen Chidwick
Stephen Chidwick

The player under the gun limped, then immediately on his left Stephen Chidwick raised to 1,200. A middle position player called and the limper called to head to a three-way flop.

The dealer put out the {q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}. Action checked to Chidwick who continued for 3,000. Both of his opponents called.

On the {5-Spades} turn, Chidwick ramped up the price when he bet 10,000. Only the in-position player made the call.

The river fell the {8-Hearts}, bringing in the obvious straight draw. Chidwick thought for about 45 seconds and fired the final barrel for 16,000. His opponent thought for about 15 seconds and laid his hand down to ship the pot to Chidwick.

Moses Almost Makes the Hero Call

Nível 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Fabiano Kovalski reraised to 2,800 from the small blind and David Moses called in middle position.

The flop came {8-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} and Kovalski continued for 2,800. Moses again called to see the {5-Hearts} on the turn. Kovalski bet 7,500 this time and flashed a smile as Moses stared back at him.

The bracelet winner eventually called as the {q-Diamonds} fell on the river. Kovalski bet another 17,000, leaving himself just 6,000 behind, as Moses again went into the tank.

"I was really ready to hero the shove," Moses said before deciding to fold after a few minutes.

"I almost called with three-four of hearts. If you shoved, I was going to call," the bracelet winner told the Brazilian after the hand.
