The second most expensive Pot-Limit Omaha Event of the 2022 WSOP in its new home at Bally’s and Paris Las Vegas will be one step closer to crowning a champion when the action resumes at 2pm local time in the Bally's Event Center. Out of a field of 264 entries, only 28 players remain in contention for Day 2 of Event #19: $25,000 Pot-Limit Omaha High Roller and they all aim to make it through another day to reach the five-handed live-streamed showdown.

All contenders still in the mix have a portion of the $6,237,000 prize pool locked up with a payday of $44,253 guaranteed so far. However, all eyes are set on the top prize of $1,467,739. Compared to the edition in 2021, the attendance was boosted significantly by 52 entries and several big names of the international poker scene will be competing for the coveted WSOP gold bracelet on the remaining two tournament days.

Two-time WSOP bracelet winner Scott Ball leads the way with a stack of 3,990,000 followed by Jonathan Depa (3,625,000). There is already a small gap to third-placed David Williams, who will aim to double his WSOP gold bracelet tally and returns with 2,970,000 in chips.

Pittsburgh's James Chen (2,585,000), Aaron Mermelstein (1,955,000), Sam Stein (1,635,000) and GGPoker ambassador Daniel Negreanu (1,550,000) can likewise be found in the overall top ten as well
