Eli Elezra completed to get calls by Chad Campbell and Paul Volpe. Elezra bet all the way to fifth on which Campbell surrendered while Volpe called. Elezra paired his ace and bet on sixth, Volpe raised and Elezra called. The latter then checked seventh and Volpe bet once more.
Elezra mulled over it for a brief period and flashed the for aces and nines face up before folding.
Matthew Ashton raised to 3,500 out of a stack of 38,000 from under the gun and Felipe Ramos three-bet to 9,000 in the cutoff. Ashton gave it some thought and folded.
Ramos then raised to 3,500 in the next hand and Ashton called in the big blind. They checked to the river on which Ashton bet 15,000 with about as much behind. Ramos splashed in his T-25,000 chips signifying a raise and Ashton folded.
Chris Vitch bet all the way from fourth to seventh street and was called by Daniel Negreanu on fourth to sixth. Negreanu checked his down cards after the final street and then glanced at the game plaque. "I just want to make sure I don't have a low" before sending his cards into the muck.
Robert Mizrachi raised from the cutoff and was called by Scott Bohlman in the big blind.
Bohlman check-called bets from Mizrachi on the flop and turn, but Bohlman led out for a bet when the completed the board. Mizrachi folded and Bohlman scooped the pot.
David "ODB" Baker was the player previously registered and he was still busy in the Tag Team tournament before then taking a seat. He was quickly followed by Chris Vitch, who is sporting a full-body animal onesie as this event falls on All Hallows' Eve.
Heads-up to the turn, David Benyamine bet and was called by Matt Glantz. Benyamine then checked the on the river and Glantz bet. That sent Benyamine into a brief tank and he then called to muck when shown .
One hand later, Scott Seiver raised and Timofey Kuznetsov three-bet a fraction of a second later. Seiver called and predicted a flop with three eights. Instead, it came and Seiver check-called a bet. After the turn, Seiver checked and Kuznetsov bet to win the pot.
Aaron Katz and Timofey Kuznetsov joined the field right before the previous break while Yuval Bronshtein has already been in the mix for a few minutes beyond that. The screens show a total of 32 entries and that means one further player is registered but hasn't shown up yet in the tournament area.
