Antunes checked again and van Wely took a stab at the pot with a bet of 50,000. Smith called and Antunes folded. The landed on the river and van Wely checked this time. Smith reached back for a bet of 110,000 and van Wely quickly folded.
On the next hand, Maria Konnikova raised to 34,000 from under the gun and van Wely defended his big blind. The flop fell and van Wely check-called a bet of 40,000 from Konnikova.
The turn brought the and van Wely checked again. Konnikova fired another 84,000, only to have van Wely check-raise to 200,000. Konnikova instantly called and the paired the board on the river. Both players checked and van Wely showed for a straight while Konnikova flashed her before they hit the muck.
