Welcome back to Day 2 of the PokerStars.fr European Poker Tour Season 11 High Roller at the Casino Barrière, the penultimate day of the tournament.
Yesterday saw a new record set for a High Roller in Deauville with 122 entrants made up of 101 unique players and 21 re-entries. Registration is open until 15 minutes before the start of play and it would be no surprise to see some of those who were knocked out yesterday fire a second bullet for the chance to win a huge pay-day. €10,300 will buy a stack of 25 big blinds with PokerStars Team Pro Bertrand “ElkY” Grospellier amongst those who still have a chance to re-enter.
Eric Sfez, who won the EPT Season 8 High Roller in Deauville, is the man to catch with 315,300 chips. Jonathan Little is second on 283,100 and third is Ivan Luca with 244,300.
Other notables among the current 60 survivors still in the hunt include Joao Vieira (174,100), Vladimir Troyanovskiy (147,100), Ivan Soshnikov (137,900), Davidi Kitai (137,400), Robin Ylitalo (127,300)and the other PokerStars Team Pro Eugene Katchalov (124,700).

Bertrand Grospellier was among the players to re-enter before the start of Day 2 but it took less than half an hour for him to run out of chips. He was all in and at risk with the and Tiago Martinho looked him up with . It was all over by the turn of a board as the Portuguese had made a nut flush.
Andrey Andreev from under the gun as well as two other players including Artur Koren in the small blind limped for 2,000 and David Kitai in the big blind raised to 10,000. Only Andreev called and the Belgian led the flop for 8,000. Andreev raised to 30,000 and was called with Kitai checking in the dark.
On the turn, Andreev then bet 50,000 and called the check-raise all in with . Kitai flipped over the for the made straight and straight flush draw. The river then completed the board and the Belgian soared into the lead.
Anton Wigg had increased his short stack to 80,000 again and then got it in preflop after a raising war with Garret Gruener. The Swede needed to improve with his but was drawing dead on the turn against the of his opponent on a board of .
Jonathan Little raised from under the gun and then four-bet shoved after Sergio Aido had three-bet from one seat over. The Spaniard called off for his last 150,000 with and was in great shape to double up versus the of the American. However, the flop was devastating, leaving him with only one out.
Neither the turn nor the river changed anything and Little is now the new chip leader.
With 58,000 in the pot on the river of a board, Robin Ylitalo bet 31,000 and faced the all in of chip leader Jonathan Little. The Swede tanked for a while and eventually called for his last 192,500, tabling for a straight. Little's was not good enough and he dropped one third of his stack.

Garret Gruener opened for 14,000 and Roman Korenev made the call. Dominik Nitsche then moved all in from the button for 157,000 and when Gruener folded Korenev did some mental calculations and made the call.

Jesper Feddersen bubbles the EPT 11 Deauville High Roller
Jesper Feddersen moved all in from the cut-off at this short-handed table and Nikolay Komcharokov made the call from the button. The blinds folded and it was Feddersen who was the player at risk.
Action was halted while the tournament director could come to announce the action as the crowd waited for the cards to be turned over.
