Matt Davenport inquired with the tournament floor whether or not the big blind or big blind ante would be posted first and then folded until he was forced all-in for 325,000. Three players limped in including Jamel Ghizaoui, Aleksej Grenz and Sokratis Linaras in the small blind.

The three active players checked down the entire board of Q♠J♣2♠3♥A♥.

Davenport revealed his 9♠6♠, Ghizaoui had the A♠8♦ for the top pair and that ended the tournament day already. Grenz showed his 10♠9♥ but it was Linaras who won the pot with the A♦K♠ to officially end Day 3.

Jalba was ahead with pocket-queens but the 8♣7♣2♥ flop gave Lehmann a plethora of outs in the form of a live ace and the nut-flush draw. The 9♦ turn gave Lehmann a straight draw as well, which came through on the 10♠ river. Lehmann's jack-high straight was good at showdown and he collected another sizable pot while Lehmann was sent to the rail one spot shy of the unofficial final table.

Sabri Neziri opened to 1,100,000 from the cutoff. He was called twice: by Daniel Lehmann on the button and by Sokratis Linaras in the big blind.

All three of them checked on the flop A♥10♣Q♥. But on the turn 8♣, Neziri bet 1,600,000. Next to him, Lehmann took this amount, then added ten million more and raised to 11,600,000. Linaras quickly folded, but Neziri called, with the 11,400,000 chips he had left.
