Picking up the action on the 6♠5♠4♥ flop, Alfredo Vega Meister checked and Emilio Izvira bet 60,000. What followed was the check-shove by Vega Meister for around 550,000 and that sent Izvira into the tank. He eventually called for the 415,000 he had behind his bet and the cards were flipped over.
Emilio Izvira: 9♦9♣
Alfredo Vega Meister: A♠J♠
Izvira was happy to have a flip but the K♠ turn instantly sealed his fate to make the 7♦ river a formality.
Alexandru Farcasanu opened to 30,000 from the cutoff and Sanjit Bhatia defending his big blind to see the 3♥5♥7♥ flop.
Bhatia committed the rest of his short stack and was quickly called by Farcasanu.
Sanjit Bhatia: 9♠8♣
Alexandru Farcasanu: K♠5♠
Bhatia was on a straight draw but took the lead when the dealer turned over the 9♣ turn. The 10♠ river changed nothing, as Bhatia scored the double up.
The hero only a few minutes ago, Ilija Savevski was already all-in with the flop showing Q♠3♠2♦ and William Kang bet when checked to by Maciej Kondraszuk. The latter folded and Kang said "I have something, I don't bet with air".
Ilija Savevski: A♠9♣
William Kang: Q♣10♣
The board ran out 9♦4♦ and that sent the WSOP Europe bracelet winner to the rail.
Picking up the action on the 7♥6♠5♦4♥ turn, Safwane Bahri bet 30,000 and Damien Duquellenec called. That brought them to the J♦ river on which Bahri checked. Duquellenec bet 85,000 to receive a reluctant call and his Q♥J♥ for a pair of jacks won the pot.
