Hofmann cut out a bet of 565,000 on the 
river and that forced two quick folds to award the pot to the Swiss.
Hand #86: Toebbe raised to 200,000 and Hoekendijk called in the small blind. The 
flop and turn were checked. Hoekendijk made it 300,000 to go on the river and Toebbe folded.
