Hellmuth and Taylor Chop it up

Phil Hellmuth limped in from early position. The cutoff called, as did Thomas Taylor in the small blind, and the big blind checked his option.

On the flop, it was checked to Hellmuth, who bet 1,400. The cutoff folded, Taylor raised to 5,200, and the big blind got out of the way. Hellmuth immediately announced all in for around 17,000 total, and Taylor called just as quickly.

Both players flopped a straight for the nuts, and each had redraws. Hellmuth had a flush draw, while Taylor had an inferior flush draw and a straight draw.

The on the turn changed nothing, nor did the on the river, and the players chopped the pot.
