After the preflop action folded around to the blinds, Donald Hahn thought he had received a walk and flipped over his hand to expose 8♠8♦.
Even after he realized his mistake, there was not much he could do as everyone had seen his hand. Tuan Le in the small blind then announced he was all in, which received quite the reaction from the rest of the table.
Hahn then found himself in a tough spot, and after thinking about it for around thirty seconds, he shook his head and decided to lay it down.
Le then showed A♠K♠ and claimed he was going to move all in anyway, which was a believable story and assuaged the feelings of the table.
We joined the action with around 1,700,000 already in the pot and the board showing Q♦8♠K♦Q♠5♥. Samuel Shon, sitting in the big blind, bet 300,000 as the first to act. Guilherme De Castro responded by going all in. Shon took some time to consider before ultimately calling.
Samuel Shon: A♣K♣
Guilherme De Castro: Q♥3♥
With trip queens, De Castro took the pot, boosting his stack over the 6,000,000 mark.
Players in the blinds were already heads-up and on a 10♠2♠K♥ flop when Dylan Wilkerson raised to 100,000 from the small blind into a pot of around 800,000. Koray Aldemir called from the big blind and the players went to the turn.
The dealer turned the 6♠ and both players checked to the 9♦ river.
Wilkerson bet 260,000 and Aldemir called. Wilkerson flipped his hand showing K♦5♣ for top pair.
Aldemier mucked his hand, and Wilkerson took the pot.
