An extremely busy day at the 2024 World Series of Poker includes the final six players battling for WSOP glory in Event #63: $1,500 No-Limit 2-7 Lowball Draw. Action resumes at the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas at 1 p.m. local time, where the final six competitors will take their seats to battle for the top prize of $123,314.
Leading the way is Michel Leibgorin, who will carry an impressive 67 big blinds into play under the lights of the final table. The Frenchman will add another significant score to his poker resume, which already includes almost $2,000,000 in live earnings. Leibgorin will be looking to secure his first gold bracelet, something the two shortest stacks on Day 3 know a little about.
Ali Eslami and Owais Ahmed will take their seats sitting fifth and sixth in chips, but both have the experience of earning a WSOP title and will be seeking a second one today.

Eslami won his title in 2022, taking down Event #36: $1,500 Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better for $135,260. Ahmed claimed his back in 2011 in Event #47: $2,500 Omaha/Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better to earn $255,959.
Aside from the chip leader Leibgorin, the champion short stacks will need to outlast three other players in order to return to the WSOP winner's circle. Veterans Charles Tucker and David Funkhouser remain solidly in contention, while Tzu Peng Wang sits slightly ahead of Eslami entering the final day of action.

Day 3 will begin at 1 p.m. on Level 26, as players will see blinds of 30,000/60,000 and a 90,000 big blind ante. Action will continue with 60-minute levels, with 15-minute breaks scheduled after every two hours of play. All six players have locked up at least $19,087.
