Brandon Wilson opened to 300,000 from the small blind and Taylor von Kriegenbergh called from the big blind. Wilson folded out his opponent with a bet of 100,000 on the A♠A♥J♠ flop.

The following hand, Brek Schutten raised to 200,000 from under the gun and folded when Eli Berg jammed from the small blind.

The hand after, Wilson opened to 200,000 from the hijack, and Schutten defended the big blind.

Schutten check-called for 275,000 on the 10♥7♥5♠ flop before leading for 400,000 on the 9♠ turn. Wilson called, bringing in the A♠ river. Schutten moved all in as the big stack, gunning for Wilson's last 1,615,000. After using two time banks, Wilson folded.

Madanzhiev bet 125,000, Stafman called, and the 9♣ turn put four clubs on the board.

Madanzhiev bet 260,000, Stafman called yet again, and the 7♦ appeared on the river.

Madanzhiev slowed down with a check and Stafman bet just 200,000. Madanzhiev burned a time extension before folding his hand.

According to Chris Brewer and other high rollers, some players are able to enter certain World Series of Poker (WSOP) events after registration has closed, and many have proposed solutions to the problem.

Jack Effel, Vice President of the World Series of Poker and Caesars Digital, assured PokerNews that players have not been abusing any late registration rules.

He did the same the following hand, over a 175,000 under-the-gun open from Taylor von Kriegenbergh. Action folded back to the original raiser, who also released his hand.

Its been a rough start for Brandon Wilson. The start of day chip leader doubled up two opponents in the early going to become a below average stack and he looked to rally against the active Masashi Oya.

Oya opened to 180,000 from under the gun and Wilson called on the button.

On the A♣10♥5♠ flop, Wilson called for 175,000, bringing in the 2♠ turn. Oya then check-folded to Wilson's bet of 500,000.

In a single raised pot to the 7♣5♥2♣ flop, Chongxian Yang checked from the big blind and called when Masashi Oya bet 250,000 from the button.

The J♣ turn checked through to the 8♥ river. Yang led out for 350,000 and was snapped off.

Yang tabled A♦2♠, which was no good against Oya's K♦8♣, which rivered a pair of eights.

The following hand, Taylor von Kriegenbergh opened to 175,000 from under the gun and folded when Oya made it 425,000.

Michael Rocco raised to 160,000 from the button and Tyler Stafman defended the big blind to see a flop of 8♣5♣K♥.

Stafman checked and then called a small bet of 100,000 from Rocco.

Both players then checked the 3♣ turn and the 10♠ completed the board on the river. Stafman checked for a third time and Rocco checked it back.

Stafman had been slowplaying the nuts and tabled the A♣2♣, which prompted Rocco to muck his cards.

With almost 1,000,000 in the pot on the 6♣9♣A♠6♠4♠ board, Masashi Oya checked from the small blind. Brek Schutten was in the big blind and bet 525,000. Oya quickly called and then mucked as Schutten had trips with his 6♥3♣.
