With Chad Holloway on vacation, Jesse Fullen and special co-host Norman Chad continue The Chad & Jesse Poker Show straight from the 2023 World Series of Poker (WSOP).

They welcome GGPoker Ambassador Kevin Martin to the show as this week’s guest. The Big Brother Canada winner talked about meeting his wife on the show, how he found his way into poker and the streaming game, and busting the record-breaking 2023 WSOP Main Event. He also offers up three names when it comes to who he admires most in the poker content space.

Norman Chad and Jesse then do a new "Calling the Clock" segment in which they offer quick two-minute dialogues for topics on “The Board.”

The final 35 players in Event #82: $3,000 Pot-Limit Omaha 6-Handed take their seats today at the 2023 World Series of Poker, looking to continue their journey towards WSOP glory. Dustin Goldklang leads the way heading into action at Horseshoe and Paris Last Vegas, bringing a sizeable chip lead into Day 3.

The 35 returning players have all locked up a minimum of $13,343, while the top prize of $480,122 and the WSOP gold bracelet await the winner.

Goldklang bagged a massive stack of almost 170 big blinds, leading the way over WSOP bracelet winner Connor Drinan. Marc Lagaze, Matthew Parry and Benjamin Juhasz round out the top five returning to the Horseshoe Events Center this afternoon.

A total of 1,013 entries created a prize pool of $2,704,710 with the field playing down to the final five tonight.

Among the notable names still in contention are Day 1 chip leader Tyler Gaston, along with WSOP bracelet winners Brandon Shack-Harris and Norbert Szecsi.

WSOP Player of the Year leader Ian Matakis is also returning today, looking to accumulate more points while chasing a second bracelet.

The action resumes at 1 p.m. local time, with blinds on Level 21 at 10,000/25,000 with a 25,000 big blind ante.

Brooks Shuts Down Gaston on the Turn

Tyler Gaston raised to 60,000 on the button and got called by Peter Brooks in the big blind to bring out the 1063 flop.

Brooks checked to Gaston who continued with a bet of 100,000. Brooks thought briefly before he tossed out a check-raise to 200,000. Gaston called to take both players to the A turn.

Brooks counted out his chips before he slid out a bet of 300,000.

Gaston decided on a fold and the dealer pushed the pot in Brooks' direction.

Merron Sends Kampen to the Rail
