The poker summer is starting to draw to a close, so Event #81: $600 Ultra Stack No-Limit Hold’em is the perfect opportunity for players to boost their bankroll before the festivities cease at the 2023 World Series of Poker at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas.

Day 1b will be the last chance for players to enter this brand-new event for 2023, which attracted 3,091 entrants on Day 1a with 243 advancing to Day 2. Matthew Land bagged the biggest stack with 2,160,000, just 10,000 chips ahead of the second-placed Jiawei Mao.

Other notables who have made it to Day 2 include Benjamin Spragg (1,020,000), Alex Bolotin (1,785,000), and Anatolii Zyrin (615,000).

Cards will be in the air at 10 a.m. local time with each player receiving a starting stack of 60,000 with the first level blinds at 100/200 and a big blind ante of 200.

Blind levels will increase every 30 minutes with a 20-minute break after every fourth level. A total of 22 levels will be played today and a 75-minute dinner break after Level 16. Late registration is available until the end of Level 12 which will be around 5 p.m. local time.

The 6 fell on the river and the cutoff bet 15,000. Bruni took a few seconds before making the call. The cutoff showed complete air when they tabled J9, while Bruni turned over 52 for bottom two pair to take the pot.
