Linster Doubles Through Goyette

Mike Linster limped from middle position and Michael Rodrigues limped along from the cutoff. John Goyette then raised to 250,000 on the button and both Linster and Rodrigues called.

Action checked to Goyette on the 6♠9♣2♣ flop and he continued for a 330,000 bet. Both players called.

Linster shoved for 1,400,000 on the Q♠ turn, which got a fold from Rodrigues, but a call from Goyette to put Linster at risk.

Goyette Folds to Kopp's Pressure

William Kopp opened to 250,000 from the cutoff and John Goyette three-bet to 830,000 from the small blind. Kopp called.

Kopp called a 630,000 bet from Goyette on the J♠5♥2♣ flop and then both players checked on the 5♣ turn.

The 6♠ completed the board and Goyette wagered 885,000. Kopp thought for a bit and then announced a pot-sized raise, which was enough to put Goyette all in.

Goyette went deep into the tank, but eventually found a fold and Kopp took down the pot.
