The first three cards came 37J and Emmerson check-called a bet of 1,500 from Cheong.

The 8 saw Emmerson now lead into the aggressor for 5,000. Cheong continued to the river.

The 7 fell and the hand checked to a showdown. Emmerson tabled 101096 for a turned straight, winning him this pot.

Costa Cracks Aces, Nearly Mucks the Winner

A player in middle position opened to 800 and Peter Costa three-bet to 2,800 from the hijack. A player in the big blind called before the initial raiser four-bet to 7,900. Costa five-bet all in, the big blind got out of the way and the middle position player snap-called to put Costa at risk.

Costa was in bad shape preflop. The board ran out 3K4J3. Costa nearly mucked his cards until his table mates pointed out that he had a full house, resulting in Costa receiving a full double up.

Zech Rivers Full House to Double

Quirin Zech just dragged in a huge pot which saw him double up through an opponent.

He briefly recapped the hand to PokerNews.

The hijack opened to 1,400 and was called by the button. Zech called from the small blind before the big blind announced, "pot."

The hijack called and the button got out of the way. Zech then four-bet to 29,000 which pushed out the big blind but the hijack called once more.

Stacks got in on the 1032 flop with Zech narrowly covered.

Zech was ahead with his pair of aces but his opponent improved to trips to take the lead on the 10 turn. Zech had one foot out of the door but the A river caused the table to explode as it gave Zech a full house to seal the checkmark.

His opponent was very frustrated with the runout and had to take a lap before returning to the table.

Negreanu Pots the Turn

Wen Calls Down Three Streets

Action was picked up three-way on the flop with the board reading 6A3. Bernie Wen in the small blind checked, a player checked in the big blind and Jan-Peter Jachtmann bet 1,000. Wen called and the player in the big blind folded.

The turn came the 6 and Wen called another bet from Jactmann, this time for 2,500.

Wen checked once more on the 10 river and Jachtmann fired a 6,000 bet. Wen made the call.

Jachtmann showed two red queens and Wen tabled AK75. Jachtmann mucked his hand and Wen took down a decent pot with his two-pair.

Franco Pushes Barriocanal Out by the River

Sonny Franco raised from the cutoff to 1,400 finding two callers; a player in the small blind and Daniel Barriocanal in the big blind.

On a flop of 86J the action checked through.

Three players saw the Q river. Once checked to, Barriocanal took the lead betting out for 3,200 and only Franco continued.

The 9 fell on the river and Barriocanal slowed down checking to Franco, who bet out for 10,000. Barriocanal spent a considerable amount of time in the tank before deciding to fold and allowing Franco to claim this pot.
