Zech Rivers Full House to Double

Nível 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Quirin Zech
Quirin Zech

Quirin Zech just dragged in a huge pot which saw him double up through an opponent.

He briefly recapped the hand to PokerNews.

The hijack opened to 1,400 and was called by the button. Zech called from the small blind before the big blind announced, "pot."

The hijack called and the button got out of the way. Zech then four-bet to 29,000 which pushed out the big blind but the hijack called once more.

Stacks got in on the 1032 flop with Zech narrowly covered.

Quirin Zech: AA49
Hijack: J1065

Zech was ahead with his pair of aces but his opponent improved to trips to take the lead on the 10 turn. Zech had one foot out of the door but the A river caused the table to explode as it gave Zech a full house to seal the checkmark.

His opponent was very frustrated with the runout and had to take a lap before returning to the table.
