Ahuja Gets Max Value with Quads

Barry Hutter raised in early position and called a three-bet from Ankit Ahuja on the button.

The flop revealed Q♠3♣5♠ and Hutter checked to Ahuja who continued for 18,000. After a minute, Hutter called. The same action happened on the 8♣ turn, this time for 22,500.

The Q♦ paired the board on the river and after some thinking, Hutter moved a pile of 5,000-chip in front of him, putting Ahuja at risk for his last 49,500. The latter snap-called and tabled nothing else than Q♥Q♣ for quads.

Hutter showed A♥A♠ and conceded the double up to his opponent.

Chung Calls Correctly with Ace-High

The turn was the 9♣ and Chung checked this time. Tanouye fired out a bet of 18,000 and Chung stuck around for the 8♣ on the river. Chung checked once more and Tanouye moved all in for 38,000. Chung quickly called and tabled A♣K♣ which was good enough to beat Tanouye's K♦Q♠.
