Hunichen's Check-Raise Gets Through

Brian Kim opened to 18,000 from under the gun and was called by Chris Hunichen on his left. Espen Jorstad three-bet to 100,000 in the cutoff and both Kim and Hunichen called.

The flop came J♣10♠6♠ and the action checked to Jorstad who continued with a bet of 80,000. Kim quickly folded but Hunichen sized up a check-raise to 395,000. Jorstad thought for a moment but opted to fling his cards to the muck.

Foxen Takes One Off Steven

Isaac Haxton started the action off with a middle position raise to 19,000 and was called by Brandon Steven on the button and Kristen Foxen in the big blind.

Foxen and Haxton both checked to Steven, who put out a bet of 40,000 on the Q♠10♦2♦ flop. Foxen called and Haxton folded.

Down to heads-up between Foxen and Steven, Foxen then decided to lead out for 25,000 when the dealer paired the board with the 10♣ on the turn. Steven called and the 9♠ river went check-check, with Foxen tabling Q♣4♣ for two pair and Steven sending his hand into the muck.

Ponakovs Gets Away with a Big Bet

Aleksejs Ponakovs raised to 15,000 on the button and Chris Hunichen defended from the big blind. The flop came Q♠Q♦10♠ and Hunichen check-called a bet of 10,000 from Ponakovs.

The turn brought the 6♣ and Hunichen checked again. Ponakovs sized up a large bet of 125,000 this time and Hunichen dumped his cards to the muck, accidentally flashing the 6♠.

"Pair and a flush draw?!" Sean Winter exclaimed. "Wow."

Foxen Chips Up off Decarolis

Alfred Decarolis called the big blind from early position and was raised by Koray Aldemir to 23,000 in middle position, with Alex Foxen then three-betting to 75,000. Decarolis called and Aldemir folded.

Foxen continuation bet 59,000 on the 5♣J♠Q♦ flop after being checked to by Decarolis, with Decarolis making the call.

The 3♦ turn would go check-check and Decarolis also checked the 9♦ river over to Foxen, who bet 350,000. Decarolis snap-called and saw the bad news, as Foxen tabled 10♦7♦ for a diamond flush.
