Day 2 of Event #13: $600 Pot-Limit Omaha Deepstack Kicks Off at 10 AM

Day 2 of Event #13: $600 Pot-Limit Omaha Deepstack here at the 2023 World Series of Poker will resume at 10 a.m. PDT. Day 1 attracted 3,200 players and they were whittled down to just 117 hopefuls who will return to Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas this morning for their crack at WSOP glory and a bigger share of the $1,632,000 prize pool.

Aaron Ang claimed the chip lead after bagging 2,765,000 on Day 1. He is joined in the top five at the start of the day by Giorgiy Skhuluhiya, Soheb Porbandarwala, Marek Rous, and Paul Fehlig.

Other notable players remaining include Shaun Deeb (1,265,000), Brandon Shack-Harris (955,000), Greg Raymer (675,000), and 2021 Main Event champ Koray Aldemir (640,000).

All remaining players have secured at least $1,773, but will all have their sights set on the first-place prize of $217,102 and the gold WSOP bracelet that comes with it.

When play kicks off, they will play 30-minute levels with a 15-minute break after every four. Play will continue until a winner prevails. The clock will restart at Level 23, which features blinds of 15,000/30,000/30,000 big blind ante.
