Tang Loses Tangle with Fei

Wesley Fei had raised from the button and Stanley Tang three-bet jammed for around 115,000 from the small blind. The big blind folded but Fei called almost immediately.

The board ran out for Fei to cheer loudly on the flop while the rest of the table couldn't do anything but laugh as he flopped a set and improved to a full house.

Boivin Falls To Seidel

Negreanu Busts Bonomo

In a blind on blind confrontation, Daniel Negreanu in the small blind and Justin Bonomo in the big blind got their two short stacks into the middle, with Bonomo being the at risk player.

Bonomo was a marginal favourite but Negreanu picked up an open ender on the flop. He immediately hit that draw on the turn to vault into the lead, though Bonomo could still survive with a river diamond. It did not come in, however, with the board bricking out to send the all time money leader to the rail.

Tang Gets Paid

David Peters opened to 19,000 on the button and Stanley Tang defended out of the big blind after having just reentered.

Action checked through the flop to the turn where Tang led out for 40,000. Peters, as yet unconvinced, called.

Tang did not slow down on the river, firing off 100,000. Peters took his time making a decision but ultimately tossed in calling chips only to be shown by his opponent for the absolute nuts.
