Only 15 players are left fighting for the illustrious gold bracelet in Event #8: $25,000 High Roller No-Limit Hold’em at the World Series of Poker (WSOP). An impressive 251 entries built a significant prize pool of $5,929,875, and the soon-to-be crowned titleholder will claim the $1,415,610 that sits up top.

In prime position to contend for the victory is Chris Brewer, who sits atop the field with 5,100,000. Brewer seeks to ride his chip lead to the first gold bracelet of his career.

Sitting just behind Brewer are Chad Eveslage (4,915,000) and Brek Schutten (4,610,000). Brewer won't have to contend with them immdidately as they have been assigned the opposite table.

Entering the day as the short stack is 2021 WSOP Main Event winner Koray Aldemir (520,000) with just over five big blinds. Aldemir will look to get things going quickly to position himself for a chance to compete with the bigger stacks.
