Dzivielevski vs Glaser Round Two

Nível 21 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

No-Limit 2-7 Single Draw

Benny Glaser opened to 160,000 from under the gun, and again, it was Yuri Dzivielevski giving him problems with a three-bet to 600,000.

Glaser gave it some thought, but opted to fold this time and minimize any further damage from an unfortunate round of No-Limit 2-7 that took a bit of a toll on his chip stack.

Glaser Pays Off Dzivielevski

Nível 21 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

No-Limit 2-7 Single Draw

The action started with a raise to 160,000 by Benny Glaser in the hijack and Yuri Dzivielevski then three-bet to 600,000 on the button. Once it folded back to Glaser, the Brit called and they headed to the sole drawing round.

Glaser took one new card while Dzivielevski patted and it checked to the Brazilian. He carefully cut out a bet worth 690,000 and that sent Glaser into somewhat of a turmoil. With a dry smile on the face he tried to start some talk chat with Dzivielevski but received no reaction at all.

Ultimately, Glaser called and mucked when Dzivielevski flipped over {8-}{6-}{4-}{3-}{2-}.

Paur Doubles Again; This Time Through Glaser

Nível 21 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Taylor Paur
Taylor Paur

No-Limit 2-7 Single Draw

Taylor Paur moved all in for an even 1,000,000 from under the gun. After examining the stacks behind him, Benny Glaser called from the cutoff. The rest of the table folded and Paur was at risk.

He chose to draw one card, while Glaser stood pat with {j-}{6-}{5-}{3-}{2-}.

Paur showed he was drawing to {6-}{4-}{3-}{2-}, then peeled his new card which was the {9-Hearts}, giving him the win and a big double up.

Paur Doubles Through Becker

Nível 21 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Taylor Paur
Taylor Paur

Limit Hold'em

Johannes Becker raised in the cutoff and the table short stack Taylor Paur defended the big blind with the big blind ante already paid. He had 160,000 behind and bet the {q-Hearts}{10-Spades}{9-Spades} flop, after which Becker shrugged and raised to see Paur call all-in.

Taylor Paur: {8-Spades}{5-Spades}
Johannes Becker: {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs}

Paur had one overcard and the spades at his disposal, which he instantly found on the {a-Spades} turn to make the {10-Hearts} river a formality.

Becker then won most of the lost chips back with an open raise as all opponents folded.

Limit Hold'em

Koray Aldemir raised in middle position and was called by Dan Cates in the big blind.

Cates check-called the flop and turn on a board of {k-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{2-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}, then checked the river as well.

Aldemir fired a final bet, causing Cates to shake his head slightly. After a brief deliberation, "Jungleman" foldedf his hand, and passed some of his chips to Aldemir.

Kihara Leaves Paur Very Short in Very Long Hand

Nível 21 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Naoya Kihara
Naoya Kihara

Pot-Limit Omaha

Taylor Paur had raised from the cutoff for Naoya Kihara to defend the small blind and the latter then checked the {k-Spades}{8-Clubs}{7-Spades} flop. Paur made it 200,000 to go and Kihara called after short consideration. On the {2-Diamonds} turn, Kihara checked again and Paur now bet the pot for 820,000 with 500,000 behind.

That sent Kihara into a deep tank as he carefully studied the board for more than four minutes before he eventually called. They headed to the {9-Hearts} river on which Kihara bet 800,000. Now it was up to Paur to go require time to think about it and he even vaulted out of the chair to study the board.

"Please don't show," he said at one point and required three minutes before folding his cards with shaky hands. Kihara simply sent his own cards into the muck and collected the pot.

More for Becker and Glaser

Nível 21 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Koray Aldemir limped in from under the gun, as did Naoya Kihara from one seat over, Johannes Becker in the cutoff and Taylor Paur checked his option from the big blind. The {6-Spades}{4-Spades}{2-Spades} flop was bet by Kihara for 100,000 and Becker was the only caller.

They then checked down the {8-Clubs} turn and {j-Clubs} river as Kihara exposed the {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}. Becker had that beat with the {q-Spades}{10-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} to win the pot.

One hand later, Kihara raised the pot to 210,000 from under the gun for Benny Glaser and Dan Cates to call. On a {10-Spades}{5-Hearts}{2-Clubs} flop, it checked to Glaser who bet 320,000 and won the pot.

Aldemir Run Down in Razz; Paur Survives

Razz

Taylor Paur: {a-}{5-}{9-}{9-}/{8-}{7-}{2-}
Koray Aldemir: {2-}{7-}{3-}{4-}/{4-}{3-}{3-}

After Taylor Paur completed Naoya Kihara's bring-in, Koray Aldemir made it two bets to go. Kihara folded and Paur called with his stack getting short.

The players each caught well on fourth street and checked, but on fifth it was Aldemir showing the superior board and bet. Paur called to see sixth street, and received an awful card, pairing his nine, while Aldemir improved again, now showing four to a seven.

After Aldemir bet again, Paur made the decision to continue, leaving himself just 85,000 behind.

Aldemir bet a final time on seventh, and Paur called off the last of his chips.

He was thrilled to see that Aldemir had made a full house as he rolled over {4-}{3-}{3-}, while Paur showed {8-}{7-}{2-} for an eight-seven to take the pot and survive.
