Dario Sammartino opened to 18,000 from under the gun and was called by Koray Aldemir in the cutoff and Daniel Negreanu in the big blind. The flop came

Negreanu led out with a bet of 40,000 which Sammartino called and Aldemir got out of the way. The 
completed the board and Negreanu fired out another bet of 40,000. Sammartino raised to 245,000 this time which perplexed Negreanu.
"Fold?" Negreanu seemed to question himself as his clock struck the 30-second mark. Negreanu's cards went into the muck and Sammartino collected the pot.
