Bleznick Coolers Sinn, Takes Chip Lead

Nível 18 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Jared Bleznick raised to 60,000 preflop from middle position and was called by Charles Sinn on the button and Laszlo Bujtas in the big blind. The flop came {q-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{j-Spades} and action checked to Sinn, who bet 150,000.

Bujtas called, as did Bleznick to see the {10-Spades} turn. This time Bleznick announced pot to 665,000. Sinn immediately threw in two time chips and spent a few moments considering the decision before calling for the rest of his chips. Bujtas got out of the way.

Charles Sinn: {10-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}
Jared Bleznick: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{7-Spades}

Both players had turned a straight, but Bleznick's broadway was best. The river came the {6-Diamonds} and Bleznick knocked out Sinn while climbing up to 2,500,000.

Negreanu Applies Pressure to Petersen

Nível 18 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Alexander Petersen raised to 50,000 from middle position before Daniel Negreanu, in the cutoff, announced pot to 185,000. Action folded back around to Petersen, who called to see the flop.

The flop came {3-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and Petersen checked to Negreanu, who bet 325,000. Petersen asked how much Negreanu had behind and used a time bank chip before flicking his cards into the muck. Negreanu claimed to have double-suited aces as he dragged in the pot.

Hecklen Takes Out Wolff Set Over Set

Nível 18 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Charles Sinn bet 50,000 on a flop of {k-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{2-Hearts} and Henrik Hecklen called. From the button, George Wolff raised to 300,000 and Sinn folded. Hecklen announced pot and Wolff relucantly called off his last 180,000.

"Do you have kings," Wolff asked before Hecklen showed him the bad news as he had {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{2-Spades}. Wolff had {j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{8-Spades}{5-Diamonds} for a set of jacks.

The board ran out {q-Hearts}{9-Hearts} and Wolff was eliminated.

Bleznick Has Cates Talking to Himself

Nível 17 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

A big pot had already developed by the {a-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{k-Clubs} flop when Jared Bleznick slid forward a tower of chips, easily covering Dan Cates' remaining 350,000.

"Am I really going to lose to this guy," Cates said. "I have a really spicy hand."

The shot clock kept ticking on Cates past the 90 second mark before he finally released his hand. Bleznick threw his cards across the table and allowed Cates to peek at them.

The dealer turned over {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}{x-}{x-} with another club for top two pair and a flush draw and Bleznick dragged in the pot.

Nut Flush for Cochrane, Mysterious Origins of Negreanu's Nickname Revealed

Nível 17 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Dan Cates opened on the button and Daniel Negreanu called in the small blind, as did Gavin Cochrane in the big blind.

"Daniel, why do they call you 'Kid Poker'?" Cates asked Negreanu before the flop came down.

"Because when I started I was one of the younger guys," Negreanu replied.

The flop came {3-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{6-Clubs} and all three players checked. Negreanu led out with a bet of 100,000 on the {8-Clubs} turn and Cochrane called.

"Alright, you wanna f*** with the Jungle!" Cates exclaimed before calling.

Negreanu checked on the {4-Clubs} river and Cochrane bet 300,000. Cates called and Negreanu folded.

"I have the second nuts," said Cates, who then mucked when Cochrane showed {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{10-Hearts} for the nut flush.

Arieh Can't Get Rid of Petersen

Nível 17 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Josh Arieh raised to 60,000 from the cutoff and got two callers, Kyle Bowker in the small blind and Alexander Petersen in the big blind. The flop came {9-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Spades} and action checked to Arieh, who bet 75,000. Only Petersen called.

Arieh bet another 150,000 on the {10-Clubs} turn and again Petersen called to the {4-Hearts} river. Both players checked.

Petersen showed {j-Spades}{3-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{2-Spades} for the flopped flush. Arieh gave one last long look back at his hand before tossing the cards back to the dealer.
