Kroon Loses Pot Because of PokerNews?!

Nível 4 : 200/400, 400 ante

A large pot was brewing between Mark Kroon and Neil Ho, with Kroon putting out a bet of 12,200 on the turn into an already decent-sized pot.

Kroon alerted Ho that a Pokernews reporter had arrived to observe the hand, and Ho immediately pushed his entire stack forward in a messy pile ala Kroon's good friend Phil Hellmuth. Once straightened out, the all-in bet was for approximately 36,000.

Ho said "I was gonna fold before he said anything. You're gonna make me famous after this hand, right?"

Kroon went into the tank and suggested that Ho should show his hand if he folded, which he ultimately did.

Ho slid his hand forward without showing saying, "too much paparazzi."

The turn {9-Hearts} and {a-Diamonds} sealed the hand for McCormick, who boosted his stack nicely with the win.
