Double Knockout for Zack in Dramatic Fashion

Nível 18 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Adam Hendrix
Adam Hendrix

Three players were eliminated at almost the same time and two of them were ousted in an astonishing showdown.

Tim Grau was the first to depart and at the same time, a single-raised three-way pot lead to the {7-Spades}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop. The action checked to Adam Hendrix who jammed for 92,000 in the cutoff and he was called by Daniel Zack from under the gun. John Racener then raised the pot in the hijack, Zack moved all-in and Racener called for more than 600,000.

Adam Hendrix: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{q-Spades}{5-Diamonds}
John Racener: {8-Clubs}{8-Spades}{7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}
Daniel Zack: {3-Spades}{3-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{2-Spades}

Zack was shocked when he found himself with the bottom two sets up against Racener's top set. Hendrix had a lot of equity against that as he had the nut flush draw and gutshot wheel draw. He spiked the {q-Hearts} turn but the {3-Diamonds} river gave Zack quads to score the double knockout.

Campbell Eliminated by Le

Nível 19 : 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Robert Campbell
Robert Campbell

In a battle small blind versus cutoff, Robert Campbell three-bet the pot with 100,000 behind and was called by Tommy Le. The flop fell {j-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} and Campbell took some consideration before moving all-in before Le snap-called.

Robert Campbell: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{4-Hearts}
Tommy Le: {k-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{9-Clubs}

The {10-Diamonds} turn filled up Le and the {3-Hearts} river failed to keep Campbell in contention, sending the 2019 WSOP Player of the Year to the rail in 27th place.

Zack Doubles Up Brandes

Nível 19 : 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

After his incredible runout to accumulate his massive stack, Daniel Zack had to give some of it back versus the all-in preflop of Fabian Brandes.

Fabian Brandes: {a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}
Daniel Zack: {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{7-Spades}{4-Spades}

While Zack's suits were live, only his {4-Spades} was live to make a pair.

The board brought {a-Spades}{8-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{6-Diamonds}, and while the turn card brought Zack a world of outs, the river secured a double-up for Brandes.

On a three-way flop of {j-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}, Nader Younes bet 105,000 and was called by Jonathan Witz. Eli Elezra then raised the pot for 525,000 total and that left him with 35,000 behind. Younes was sent into the tank and he then folded, Witz tapped the table and also released his cards into the muck.

Zanovski Brings the Action On the River

Nível 19 : 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

A four-way pot between Leonid Zanovski, Jordan Spurlin, Dylan Linde, and Chris Sandrock, saw action checked through until the river on a board of {q-Clubs}{8-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}.

Zanovski was first to act and checked. Spurlin bet 50,000, which got folds from Sandrock and Linde. However, Zanovski responded with a check-raise to 225,000, which after a brief deliberation, got a fold from Spurlin.

Butler Chips Up Against Le

Nível 19 : 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

In a battle big blind against button, Tommy Le and Ashly Butler invested 95,000 each on the {6-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades} flop and that led them to the {9-Diamonds} turn.

"How much you got there?" Le inquired and Butler replied "I have 390k behind." Both players opted to check and Le then bet the {5-Spades} river for 55,000. Butler quickly called and announced a straight, to which Le replied "me too" without exposing his cards.

Butler tabled his {k-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} and that won the pot, as Le sent his cards into the muck.

Sandrock Boosts stack Against Montgomery

Nível 19 : 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Chris Sandrock had been the initial raiser from under the gun and Kyle Montgomery was the only one to stick around out of the small blind until the {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} river. With around 350,000 in the middle, Montgomery opted to check and Sandrock bet 200,000.

A reluctant call by Montgomery followed and Sandrock rolled over the {10-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{4-Spades}{3-Spades} for a full house, fours full of aces. Montgomery briefly stared at the board and then noticed the full house to say "sorry, it looked like a bluff".
