Final Day of the $500 Casino Employees Event Begins at Noon

It's Day 2 of the $500 Casino Employees Event and 50 players out of a starting field of 419 return to chase the coveted WSOP gold bracelet.

DraftKings' Leo Abbe went on a rush near the end of Day 1 to build up a stack of 537,000. Right behind him are Shawn Weintraub (474,000), Roberto Reyna (461,000), Andrew Bart (422,000), and Akash Desai (415,000).

PokerNews' own Jesse Fullen takes an above-average stack of 223,000 into the final day. Adam Lamers, another member of the PokerNews team, begins the day with 117,000. Lamers is no stranger to deep runs in this event, having finished in fifth place in 2019.

All 50 remaining players have locked up at least $886. But it's the $39,013 first prize and the bracelet that they will all be chasing today.

Blinds will begin at 5,000-10,000, with a 10,000 big blind ante. The average stack of 209,500 is good for just over 20 big blinds at the start of the day, so action should be fast as they play down to the final table and crowning a new Casino Employees champion.

Stay tuned to PokerNews for all the live updates throughout the day.
