Livingston Leaves Zack On Fumes

Nível 21 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better

In a blind-versus-blind situation, Alex Livingston and Dan Zack had 60,000 each in front of them from preflop and flop action on a board reading {6-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}. Livingston fired the turn and Zack called. The river came {3-Hearts} and Livingston bet again. Zack went into the tank for about a minute while he counted his stack, totaling about 85,000. He eventually stuck in the 40,000 required to call.

Livingston showed him {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{k-Clubs}{5-Clubs} for a pair of aces and the eight-six low, good to scoop the pot as Zack mucked and was left with just over one big bet.
