Day 3 of the $10,000 Limit 2-7 Lowball Championship Begins at 2 p.m.
Nine of poker’s best players come back today for Day 3 of Event #49: $10,000 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw Championship. Today’s restart commences at 2 p.m., at the outer feature tables of the Amazon Room. Play will resume with Level 18, with the limits at 20,000/40,000 and just two of the final nine have more than one million chips.
Those two players are George Wolff (1,380,000) and Luke Schwartz (1,310,000), who finished Day 2 in a virtual tie for the chip lead. Behind them is Mark Gregorich (794,000), and Wolff, Schwartz, and Gregorich, who already has six cashes at the 2019 WSOP, are the only players left in the field that don’t already own a WSOP bracelet.
The remainder of the field is loaded with former WSOP champions, including Brian Hastings (528,000), Calvin Anderson (519,000), Daniel Ospina (507,000), Johannes Becker (399,000), Mike Gorodinsky (364,000) and Yueqi Zhu (197,000). Ospina has already come close to a bracelet win at the 2019 WSOP, finishing second in the $10,000 H.O.R.S.E. Championship.

Calvin Anderson raised from the cutoff and Luke Schwartz called from the small blind. Each player drew two, and Schwartz check-called a bet from Anderson.
Anderson drew one, and Schwartz once again drew two. Schwartz checked, Anderson bet and Schwartz called. Each player took one on the final draw, and the action checked through. Schwartz showed down 
to take it down.

Yueqi Zhu raised, Brian Hastings three-bet, George Wolff four-bet and Zhu called for his 68,000. Hastings called as well.
Wolff took one while Zhu and Hastings needed two. Wolff led out into the side pot and Hastings called.
They drew one-one-two and Hastings folded to another bet from Wolff.
Wolff peeled one on the last draw and Zhu was pat. Wolff opened 
and he had a chance to outdraw Zhu's . However, he paired a four and Zhu tripled up.

Ospina and 'Gordo' Both Find a Pat

Mike Gorodinsky raised and Daniel Ospina called from the big blind. Both players drew one apiece on the first draw. Ospina checked, Gorodinsky bet, and Ospina called.
The second draw once again saw both players take one and Ospina check-called another bet from Gorodinsky.
After calling the bet, Ospina demonstratively slammed his fist on the table to indicate he was pat. Gorodinsky took a little under ten seconds before standing pat behind him.
Ospina checked, Gorodinsky bet, and Ospina thought around thirty seconds before flinging his cards high up in the air.

Wolff broke his hand and dealt one while Zhu stood pat. Wolff checked, Zhu bet and Wolff let his hand go.
