Tambouras Calls at the Buzzer

Nível 12 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Vanessa Kade and Stephen Tambouras made it to the river of the {10-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{6-Spades}{3-Spades}{10-Clubs} board with just over 60,000 in the middle. Kade was in the small blind and she moved all in with a covering stack.

Tambouras had 36,800 behind and he tanked for a couple of minutes until another player at the table called the clock on him. Tambouras received 25 seconds plus a verbal five-second countdown, and he called with two seconds left.

Kade showed a bluff with {8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} for a missed double gutter and Tambouras doubled with {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}.
