Gamerman Starts the Day With a Double

Nível 21

Hold'em

Michael Gamerman started the day with a mere four big blinds and he lost about half of that when the blinds passed him. He had 23,000 left and raised to 20,000 from the cutoff. Jason Acosta sat in the button and he put the third bet in the middle. Gamerman called for his tournament life.

Gamerman needed to hit with {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} against the {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} of Acosta and he did so on the {a-Hearts}{6-Spades}{4-Hearts}{8-Spades}{k-Spades} board and he secured a double up to 46,000.

Nível 21

Hold'em

Raul Paez opened in the cutoff and was quickly three-bet by Keith Sexton on the button. Paez called to see the {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop and checked to Sexton who fired again.

Paez called and both players checked the {8-Diamonds} turn card. The dealer turned over a {5-Clubs} as the river, Paez pushed in a bet and Sexton called.

Paez tabled {q-Spades}{j-Spades}, giving him queen-high and Sexton showed {a-Spades}{10-Diamonds}, taking the pot with his ace.

Gupta Makes Raines the First Elimination of Day 3

Nível 21

Omaha Hi-Lo

The board read {k-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} and two players had about 90,000 in the pot. Timothy Raines moved his last 18,000 in the pot and Ashish Gupta called.

Gupta turned over {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{j-Spades}{3-Clubs} for a straight, Raines mucked {k-Spades}{6-Clubs} face up for two pair and headed to the payout desk as it wasn't enough to beat the straight of Gupta.

Gamerman Triples Up

Nível 21

Stud Hi-Lo

Michael Gamerman: {x-}{x-} / {6-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{10-Hearts} / {x-}
Raul Paez: {x-}{x-} / {2-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{3-Clubs} / {x-}
Keith Sexton: {x-}{x-} / {9-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}
Jason Acosta: {x-}{x-} / {k-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{a-Spades} / {x-}

Raul Paez brought in for 3,000 and he was called by Keith Sexton and Michael Gamerman before Jason Acosta completed to 10,000. All three players called.

All four players checked on fourth street and fifth street was dealt. Gamerman's last chips worth 32,000 went in the middle on fifth and Sexton was the only one that got out of the way.

Acosta bet on sixth but they both checked on seventh and they opened up.

Paez showed {6-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Spades} so he had sixes and treys but no qualifying low hand. Neither did Acosta, but Gamerman won the hi pot when he showed {7-Hearts}{6-Spades}{3-Hearts} for a straight and the low pot with a seventy-six.
