Phil Hellmuth had been the short stack for a while but after the last hand, he is not anymore. After a 3,500 open from Nikolai Sears, James Worth, Phil Hellmuth and Jack Shea all came along to see a flop.
The dealer put out and it was checked all round. It was the turned that generated the action though. After three checks, Hellmuth put 7,000 over the line and Shea upped it to 17,000. This got everyone else out of the way and Hellmuth moved all-in for just 8,400 more. It was a snap-call from Shea and they turned their cards on their backs.
Phil Hellmuth:
Jack Shea:
There were just two outs to pull this one back for Shea and but the river was safe for Hellmuth and he collected. This left Shea the shortest at the table.

The rest of the board was completed with the on the turn to give Rystadt the higher pair and the on the river didn't change the situation. Rystadt doubled up.

They both checked through the on the flop and the on the turn to the on the river. Kiriopoulos bet 4,500 and Sabe called without hesitating long. Kiriopoulos showed for queen-high. Sabe tabled for the pair of nines which was good enough to take the pot down.
