Just before the players hit their second break, a huge hand emerged between Chris Ferguson and Steven Albini. Ferguson completed with a ten and Albini defended his bring-in with a seven.
Ferguson immediately paired his ten and fired but Albini wasn't scared and called with two spades out.
Fifth street brought Albini a great blocker, the , and he bet when Ferguson checked. Ferguson called and caught the on sixth. Both players checked and Ferguson led out on the river. Albini raised but Ferguson wasn't done yet. He cut out a three-bet and Albini didn't like to see that. However, he immediately knew that there was no way out for him.
"I can't fold, I call. I have queens full," Albini said, smelling that he might've ended up second. But Ferguson immediately informed him that his hand was good.
