Another coveted gold bracelet at the 2018 World Series of Poker will be up for grabs today as Event #31: $1,500 Seven Card Stud is scheduled to play down to a winner as of 2 p.m. local time on the Twitch Stage in the Brasilia room. A total of 15 WSOP bracelets will be on display, as Chris Ferguson, Jeff Lisandro, Michael Moore and Frankie O'Dell all reached the unofficial nine-handed final table out of a 310-entry strong field.
The lion's share of the $418,500 prize pool is still up for grabs and all finalists have $6,451 locked up thus far, while the elusive gold bracelet and $105,629 await for the winner. Moore will return as the chip leader with a stack of 485,000, followed by Ferguson (375,000) and Lisandro (291,000), while O'Dell has four big bets upon restart with 74,000.
Taking on the existing WSOP bracelets in their pursuit to claim their own are Paul Sexton (276,000), music producer Steven Albini (270,000), Katherine Fleck (226,000), Esther Rossi (186,000) and Stephen Rivers (143,000). Fleck comes fresh off a 16th place finish in Event #27: $10,000 H.O.R.S.E. Championship and does have a 4th place in Event #49: $1,500 Seven-Card Stud at the 2016 WSOP to her name.

The first few hands of the day brought completions and folds all around, while Paul Sexton then won a three-way pot on fourth after pairing his ace and forcing two quick folds.

Ferguson completed with a ten and Stephen Rivers, who was the bring-in, called. Ferguson bet fourth to sixth to pick up a call by Rivers and checked on seventh. Rivers bet and Ferguson gave him a brief stare down before sending his cards into the muck.

Katherine Fleck completed with a six out and Steven Albini raised with a jack in the door. Fleck called and rolled an ace. Fourth street was checked and Fleck fired on fifth, earning a call. Then they checked sixth street and Fleck placed in one final bet on the river. Albini let his hand go.

In a four-way limped pot to fourth, Michael Moore folded a suited king-trey, and Katherine Fleck let go of a deuce-trey, while Chris Ferguson bet and Frankie O'Dell raised, Ferguson called. On fifth, Ferguson bet and O'Dell almost beat him into the pot to go all in, the instant call followed.
Ferguson showed a pair of tens while O'Dell already had a made flush.
"It's a long way to go," Ferguson said and made two pair on sixth. However, seventh was a blank and O'Dell doubled.

Frankie O'Dell just called with an ace and action folded to bring-in Paul Sexton. O'Dell fired on fourth and Sexton called. The same action repeated on every following street with O'Dell barrelling all the way to the showdown. Sexton called all of the bets.
O'Dell showed and sorted his seven-card hand in order to show Sexton that he made a flush. Sexton's hand couldn't compete and O'Dell added some more chips to his stack after doubling early into the first level. He's now virtually tied in chips with Sexton.
