Vladas Tamasauskas in middle position open shoved for 105,000 and only Marvin Rettenmaier made the call.

It was a flip situation as Tamasauskas held {3-Spades}{3-Clubs} and Rettenmaier {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}. The board fell {6-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{q-Spades}{9-Hearts}{6-Hearts} to give Rettenmaier the winning hand and eliminate his opponent.

Daniel Colpoys opened to 7,000 under the gun and Bart Lybaert made the call from the button. Matthew Davidow moved all in for 86,000 and only Colpoys called.

With {10-Clubs}{10-Spades} for Davidow against {8-Spades}{8-Hearts} for Colpoys, Davidow was in good shape for the double-up. The board didn't change anything, and Davidow survived.

Ryan Riess
Ryan Riess

Ryan Riess open-shoved from middle position for his last 39,000 and John Allan Hinds made the call. With {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} for Riess against {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} in Hinds's hand, the former Main Event Champion needed to improve in order to survive and double up.

The {6-Spades}{3-Spades}{2-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{2-Spades} board brought Riess no help, however, sending him on his way to the cashier to collect his $4,198 prize.

DiCarlo Takes from Bicknell

Nível 13 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante
Kristen Bicknell
Kristen Bicknell

Kristen Bicknell raised to 7,000 from mid-position and was called by Ben Achraf and Salvatore DiCarlo in the blinds.

They all checked through the {7-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} on the flop and again after the {k-Diamonds} turn. The {7-Clubs} came on the river, and after Achraf checked one more time, DiCarlo bet 8,000. Bicknell considered her options for a while, cut out calling chips, and then called reluctantly. Achraf quickly folded. DiCarlo tabled {Q-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for the flopped two pair which was enough for Bicknell to muck her hand.
