Stephensen reraised and made it 5.5 million to go, and then Jorryt van Hoof went into the tank from the big blind. Eventually, van Hoof reraised to 12 million even, which knocked Jacobson out of the way. Stephensen also folded, and it was van Hoof versus the at-risk Pappas.
