Hand #177: Three-Bet from a Tired Tonking

Nível 38 : 400,000/800,000, 100,000 ante

William Tonking had the button.

Jorryt van Hoof raised to 1.8 million from the cutoff seat, and Tonking reraised to 4 million. Play folded back to van Hoof, and he folded to give Tonking the pot.

Tonking has looked noticeably tired more and more as the time goes on at this final table. Heavy eyes and constant rubbing of his head and face lend to an exhausted-looking player.

Hand #176: Jacobson Wins from Stephensen

Nível 38 : 400,000/800,000, 100,000 ante

Jorryt van Hoof had the button.

Felix Stephensen opened to 1.7 million from the cutoff and Martin Jacobson called from the big blind to see a {5-Spades}{A-Clubs}{8-Hearts} flop fall with Jacobson checking.

Stephensen continued for 1.6 million and Jacobson tossed in chips to make the call as the turn landed the {7-Clubs}.

Jacobson checked, as did Stephensen, before the {9-Diamonds} completed the board on the river.

Jacobson checked for a third time with Stephensen again checking behind as Jacobson tabled his {10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} to scoop the pot.

Hand #171: Martin Jacobson

Nível 38 : 400,000/800,000, 100,000 ante

Jorryt van Hoof started this hand on the button.

Felix Stephensen raised to 1.7 million, and Martin Jacobson called out of the big blind. On the {K-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop, Jacobson checked. Stephensen bet 1.6 million, and Jacobson called.

The turn was the {6-Clubs}, and both players checked to see the {9-Hearts} land on the river. Jacobson led with a bet of 3.6 million, and Stephensen folded.
