Hand #16: Dominik Nitsche raised to 48,000 under the gun, and Dave D'Alesandro called. D'Alesandro check-folded to 60,000 on the flop.
Hand #17: Thayer Rasmussen raised to 50,000 and won the pot.
Hand #18: Jeff Gross raised to 58,000 before tanking and folding to a shove of 257,000 from Eric Milas.
Hand #19: Dominik Nitsche raised on the button and the blinds quickly folded.
Hand #20: Nitsche raised to 48,000, and Rasmussen defended his big blind. Nitsche took the pot with a bet of 52,000 on the flop.
Hand #21: D'Alesandro raised to 52,000, and Milas shoved for 367,000 in the big blind. D'Alesandro called.

Hand #9: Zach Gruneberg made it 50,000 and D'Alesandro defended his big blind with a call. The flop came and both players checked. The turn came the and D'Alesandro led out for 65,000. Gruneberg made the call and both players checked the river.

Hand #10: Gruneberg made it 52,000 and picked up the blinds and antes.
Hand #11: Gruneberg got a walk.
Hand #12: Dominik Nitsche took the blinds and antes with a 48,000 button raise.
Hand #13: Gruneberg made it 50,000 and Thayer Rasmussen defended his big blind with a call. Rasmussen then led out for 75,000 on the flop and Gruneberg released his hand.
Hand #14: The action started with Bob Bounahra making it 55,000. Rasmussen responded by pushing all in for 770,000. Bounahra made the call for his tournament life with and found he was ahead of Rasmussen's .
The flop kept Bounahra ahead, but the turn crushed him. With the crowd calling for a jack or a king, the river fell the and Bounahra was embraced by Antonio Esfandiari on the rail, having hit a miracle river to double up and take the chip lead.
