Young and Beysson Split

Nível 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Maxwell Young opened to 600 from the cutoff, and Alban Beysson defended from the big blind.

On a board of J3J, Young bet 200. It didn't take long for Beysson to call.

Both players checked the 6 turn to find the 7 river where Beysson led out for 1,300. Young called with K8 but Beysson had the exact same hand, K8, so they split the pot.

Kvisthammar Folds on the River

Nível 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

The button opened to 500 and he was called by Michel Leibgorin in the small blind and Peter Kvisthammar in the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of 85K and the button continued for 600. Kvisthammar was the only one to call.

The button fired a second barrel of 1,600 on the J turn, and a third one on the J river. Kvisthammar called on the turn, but gave up on the river.

“Ciao e benvenuto a Sanremo!” Well known for its beautiful seafront and its music festival, the Italian city has also become an important poker destination thanks to the partnership between Casinò Sanremo and Texapoker.

After last year’s first edition of the World Series of Poker Circuit Sanremo, eight rings are in play again this year from the 1st to the 11th of November. A few days ago, former dealer Rebecca Rivoli won Event #1, the €250 WSOPC Cup for €26,000, before Georgios Tsouloftas took down Event #3, the €300 WSOPC Mystery Bounty.

He secured a total of €20,950 and his second WSOPC ring, having previously won the 2023 €1,000 WSOPC Sanremo Main Event for €120,000. 906 entrants were recorded in the 2023 Main Event, generating a total prize pool of €766,476.
