At the end of the day, "ShipitFTW911" claimed the Day 1 chip lead with 3,169,951.
A big chunk of their stack used to belong to the defending champion Aliaksandr "Alexgirs" Hirs who busted in the last level of the night. Seven members of Team PokerStars joined in today but only four made it through to Day 2. Ben "Spraggy" Spragg is leading them with 1,412,896, followed by Lex "L. Things didn't go to plan for Arlie "Prince Pablo" Shaban, Felix "xflixx" Schneiders, and Sam "SamSquid" Grafton with the latter even firing two bullets.
And there were many more familiar names who won't be returning tomorrow as they used up all three possible bullets. Plan for Day 2
When play resumes at 7:10 p.m. CEST, players could be back in with a starting stack worth 21 big blinds as Level 16 features a small blind of 6,000, a big blind of 12,000, and a running ante of 1,500. The level duration will remain at 30 minutes each and play will continue until there are 40 players left for Day 3.
Those 40 players will return on Tuesday, April 27 to play down to the final table which will be played out on Wednesday and broadcasted on the PokerStars Twitch and YouTube channels.
