SCOOP-33-M Day 2 Top Ten Stacks

Day 2 of the PokerStars 2020 Spring Championship of Online Poker #33-M: $1,050 NLHE [8-Max, PKO, Thursday Thrill] is about to resume at 1 p.m. Eastern Time with 82 players returning to their seats out of the 1,350-entries total field. The lion's share is reserved for the winner, as it happens in any Progressive Knockout tournament, even though the normal cash for the first and the second place finishers is the same. The bounties make the difference in these events and an average estimated win will reward the player who finishes first with around ~$170,000.

The chiplead for Day 2 belongs to "TTWIST" who managed to reach almost five million chips after Day 1. He will enter the day with 4,997,226 and he will be followed closely by "Kurtkaare" with 4,429,168 and "julianpineda" with 4,324,596.

Other notables that are still in the field include Scott "Aggro Santos" Margereson, Joao "Naza114" Vieira, David "MissOracle" Yan, Julian "HealTheWorld" Thomas, Pascal "Pass_72" Lefrancois, Stefan "CrAzY_sTeFaN" Piele Dragos, Henri "buehlero" Buehler, Andras "probirs" Nemeth, Gleb "Ti0373" Tremzin, Dietrich "2pacnrw16" Fast, and Thomas "WushuTM" Muehloecker.

All remaining players have secured a $1,705 cash but all eyes are focused on the big prizes of the final table.

When play continues, there are a couple of minutes left on Level 24: 17,500/35,000 with a 4,500 ante and the action is expected to be fast-paced, given the bounty format of the event. All players have already managed to win bounties, except "Sury8E" who didn't bust anyone through the course of Day 1. The king of the bounties so far is "Kurtkaare" with $8,188 won already through knocking out other players.

PokerNews will be there from the start until the final hand has been dealt to see who will add a SCOOP title to his online poker resume.
