Shahade Moves In Front

Nível 14 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Randy Lew bumped it to 6,500 and after Jack Duong let go of the small blind, Jennifer Shahade defended her big blind.

They both checked the {q-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} flop, but when the {9-Clubs} turn paired the board, Shahade led for 10,000. Lew called and the river brought the {a-Spades} and another 25,000-chip lead from Shahade.

Lew got the bet counted out and called it off, mucking when Shahade showed the {j-Clubs}{10-Hearts} Broadway straight. After stacking the chips, Shahade moved into the lead.
