Salter Gets Busy, Petrangelo Wins One
Jack Salter has been getting busy now the re-entry period has closed, opening from early position with a raise to 14,000. Zhao Hongjun looked interested in defending his big blind, until Salter talked him out of it.
“Come on, you’ve got loads of chips, you can let this one go,” quipped Salter light-heartedly.
“Ok,” confirms Hongjun as he let it go.
Salter opened again the next hand for the same 14,000, this time from under-the-gun. Action folded around to Nick Petrangelo in the big blind and he thought about it and then tossed in the call.
“How much are you playing?” quizzed Salter eyeing up Petranelgo’s stack. The US player is on his second bullet and looked to have a little over the 100,000 starting stack.
The 
flop brought a check from Petrangelo and another 14,000 bet from Salter, which was quickly called to bring both players to the 
turn.
That was it for the action in the hand with Petrangelo checking and Salter checking it right back, with the pattern repeating on the 
river.
Petrangelo rolled over 
and Salter quickly mucked.
