The final table of the partypoker LIVE MILLIONS UK Main Event has been set after ten hours of poker on Day 4 saw 63 hopefuls reduced to just nine, all with the dream of the £1,000,000 first-place prize on the fifth and final day's play.

Greece's Ioannis Angelou-Konstas will return as the final day chip leader after he dominated the proceedings to move his 32,000,000 starting day stack up to a massive 224,500,000. But John Haigh will be close on his toes after he bagged 220,500,000. Michael Wang (154,500,000), 2018 WSOP Main Event 9th place finisher Antoine Labat (140,500,000), U.K. grinder Sam Grafton (82,000,000), America's Alex Foxen (73,000,000) , last year's 11th place finisher Tom Hall (53,500,000), 2013 WSOP Main Event champion Ryan Riess (37,000,000) and popular Irish player Dara O'Kearney (25,500,000) complete the line-up.

All nine have locked up £50,000 but as the pay jumps increase so will the pressure, and the official final table will be set when eight remain.

Action of the day

Defending champion Maria Lampropulos who took home the £1,000,000 first place prize at Dusk Till Dawn in 2017 continued to show her impressive form by returning to action in Day 4. Lampropulos was one of the shortest stacks however but sealed an early double up when her ace-six held against Daniel Myers' king-jack. But not long after Myers got his revenge after he ended Lampropulos' dream of defending her title. The Argentine was all in with ace-three, and Myers called with king-queen and took the lead on the flop when he paired his king. The jack on the turn gave Lampropulos hope with the straight draw, but she missed on the river and departed to collect her £15,000 winnings.

Mohsin Charania saw his stack increase to 40m early on in the day after his ace-king held against Ritchie Allen's ace-queen but lost one of the biggest pots in the early action to Ioannis Angelou-Konstas. Charania raised to 1,250,000 from the cutoff, and Ioannis Angelou-Konstas called on the button. The flop came ace-four-three, and Charania continued with a bet of 800,000. Angelou-Konstas raised to 3,200,000 and Charania called. The turn was the six of clubs, Charania checked, Angelou-Konstas bet 8,000,000 and Charania called. The river completed the board with the three of diamonds, and Charania checked for the last time. Angelou-Konstas bet 32,000,000 and Charania called after thinking. Angelou-Konstas tabled pocket threes for the rivered quads and captured the chip lead.

Katie Swift, who finished in 7th place for £100,000 in this event last year, departed in 39th place for £20,000 after a valiant effort of double ups ultimately ended up in her running pocket eights into Angelou-Konstas' pocket tens. Dietrich Fast moved up to 45m after turning a set of nines against Andrew Mapp who had hit his own set of fives on the flop and wasn't able to find a miracle five on the river.

Alex Foxen, who started the day as chip leader saw his stack reduced to 16m when he doubled up John Haigh who held pocket aces and Foxen lost with pocket jacks. But Foxen found his way back into it on the river against Michael Wang, when his ace-jack spiked top pair ace against pocket jacks to survive in the tournament.

Angelou-Konstas continued his meteoric event by eliminating Greig Cushnie after the former had hit two pair on the flop from the big blind with seven-six.

After Angelou-Konstas then eliminated Patrice Brandt in 25th place, Christopher Vernon, partypoker pro Patrick Leonard, Eirimas Livonas, Jason Wong, Tom White, Russell Betts, partypoker's Kristen Bicknell, and Dietrich Fast all then departed to leave the final 16 and just two tables.

Fast was sent to the rail after his four-bet jam was snapped off by Antoine Labat in the big blind who held pocket aces and won against the German's pocket tens.

Dario Quattrucci, Paul Hizer, Daniel Myers and Nathan Watson all then exited with £35,000 in their back pockets before Fadil Isufi, who came into the day second in chips took 12th place for £40,000 after he three-bet jammed nine-eight suited on the button and ran into Sam Grafton's ace-king in the cutoff, and got no help from the board.

Anton Sidan departed in 11th for £40,000 after he ran pocket eights into Foxen's pocket aces, and the final nine was set after Foxen scored another elimination in the form of James Atkin, after the latter had three-bet shoved pocket sevens from the button only to see Foxen call from the cutoff and hold with pocket queens.

PokerNews will be back with all the action from 1 pm local time on Sunday, October, 7 as the winner of the 2018 partypoker LIVE MILLIONS UK Main Event is crowned, and another millionaire is made at the home of UK Poker, Dusk Till Dawn.

James Atkins

Alex Foxen raised to 3.6m from the cutoff before James Atkin moved all in for 51m on the button. Antoine Labat folded in the small blind, and Tom Hall in the big blind asked for a count of Atkin's stack.

Hall then used a time bank card to think but ultimately folded and Foxen snap-called.

Alex Foxen: {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
James Atkin: {7-Clubs}{7-Spades}

Board: {5-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}

Atkin was the big underdog, and the board was no use to him. Foxen collected the pot to move up to 165m, and Atkin's just missed out on a place in the final nine and takes home £40,000 for a 10th place finish.

Anton Siden moved all in for 23m from under the gun, and Ryan Riess folded. With the action on Alex Foxen in the cutoff, he asked for a count before making the call. The rest of the table folded and the cards were turned on their backs.

Anton Siden: {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}
Alex Foxen: {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}

Board: {8-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{3-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

Siden had run into Foxen's pocket aces, and despite hitting a set on the flop, he also saw Foxen hit an ace for top set. There was no miracle case eight on the turn or river for Siden, and he was eliminated in 11th place for £40,000 as Foxen moved up to 114m.

John Haigh raised to 3,500,000 from the cutoff and Nathan Watson shoved for 9,900,000 in the small blind. Sam Grafton quickly folded his big blind to get out of their way. Haigh called.

Nathan Watson: {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}
John Haigh: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}

The flop came {10-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} which didn't change the situation for Watson as he was still searching for
something to hit on the board.

The turn was the {j-Spades} and now Watson had a straight draw but the {8-Clubs} on the river wasn't one of the outs he needed and Watson was sent to the rail in 13th place.

To balance the table up, Dara O'Kearney was moved to the feature table.

Tom Hall completed his small blind holding {j-Hearts}{9-Hearts} and Kristen Bicknell opted to check her big blind with {8-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}.

The flop came {10-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}, Hall bet 1,200,000 and Bicknell raised to 3,600,000. Hall called.

The turn brought them the {8-Clubs} to give Hall the straight and Bicknell two pair. Hall now checked. Bicknell bet 6,500,000. Hall now tanked using a time bank card. Hall then decided to raise to 14,800,000. Bicknell shoved for 34,000,000 in total and Hall snap-called.

Hall just needed to avoid another eight or trey to not double Bicknell up. The {10-Spades} on the river wasn't anything that changed the situation and Hall eliminated the partypoker pro in 18th place.
